Yes, but each development is different. We will indicate if Help to Buy is available on each of our properties which you can find here.

This is different for each development and will be clearly listed for each property.

Absolutely, these are 10-year structure warranties, you’ll also receive manufacturer warranties for appliances in your property.

Anyone who wants a good quality home, although some of our developments might be more suitable to couples or families for example.

Yes you can. Simply drop us an email at sales@redstoneresidential.co.uk.  We also work with a number of estate agents that sell our developments on our behalf. We would be happy to take your contact details and pass them onto the estate agent to register your details, or you can go directly to them. The estate agent details (when they become available) are included on the individual property pages.

An in-depth snagging report is organised by the estate agent, although you are more than welcome to get this sorted yourself if you prefer.  Regardless, the Redstone team thoroughly inspects the work carried out to ensure there isn’t any issues so that the property is immaculate and ready to move into.

Redstone provides a one-year snagging period for any electrical or plumbing issues so will fix any faults if they arise.
